1. Order Cancellations

Order cancellations are permitted within 7 days of placing the order.
However, cancellation requests may not be accepted if:
The item has already been dispatched or marked as "Out for Delivery."
The product is from a third-party merchant who has begun fulfillment.
In such cases, we recommend refusing delivery at the doorstep for a return to be initiated.

2. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or of poor quality:

Provide photo or video evidence of the defect/damage.
The seller or manufacturer will assess and validate the issue before a refund or replacement is processed.

3. Product Not as Described

If the delivered product does not match the description on the Platform:

Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery.
Our team will review your concern and may offer a refund, replacement, or store credit, depending on the resolution deemed appropriate.

4. Products with Manufacturer Warranty

For items covered under a manufacturer’s warranty:

Please contact the manufacturer directly as per the warranty terms provided.
Kalpaviruksham Ecogreen is not responsible for servicing manufacturer warranty claims.

5. Refund Process

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is initiated.
Please allow additional time for the payment gateway or bank to credit the amount, depending on their processing timelines.

6. International Orders

For international customers, refund/cancellation terms remain the same; however, shipping and customs duties (if applicable) may not be refundable.
Any product returned from outside India must follow the return shipping instructions provided by our support team.
